Welcome! I am the owner of The Music Maker Studio. I'm a New York State certified K-12 Music teacher, with over 12 years of experience teaching music to children.

I graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education (B.M.)
from Westminster Choir College. I also hold a Master’s degree in Music Education (M.M.) from Ithaca College. I am primarily a vocalist, and have sung in numerous professional and semi-professional choirs at locations such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and Salzburg, Austria. For over twelve years I have been a general and choral music teacher in the public school system.

I am passionate about spreading my love of music, and am committed to providing
your child with high quality music learning that can be done from the comfort of your home. My goal is to provide fun musical experiences that engage young learners in meaningful music making.

As a mother of two young children, I know the power that music can have on young ones. I hope to spread the joy of music to the next generation of "Music Makers!"
